Baseline Report

The first outcome of EUVECA is the joint creation of the Baseline Report, which serves as the project’s scientific foundation. The report encompasses, among others, a comprehensive European policy review, a scoping literature review, and primary empirical data collection to conduct European and Regional needs analyses.
