EUVECA provide students, professionals, teachers and academics in the healthcare sector lifelong learning opportunities. The Education4Health platform offers a variety of learning and training activities for individuals involved in the healthcare sector. You can browse the catalogue based on your occupation, the Regional Vocational Excellence HUB responsible, or thematically under which megatrend they belong.

Catalogue of learning and training materials

This catalogue lists all learning and training activities developed through the EUVECA project and integrated into the Edu4Health platform, covering key healthcare megatrends such as digitalisation, ageing populations, chronic diseases and sustainability.

Report on trained health professionals and students

The report documents the training of 957 participants within the EUVECA project and outlines recommendations for strengthening vocational excellence, lifelong learning, regional collaboration and future-oriented skills development within the health and care sector.

Sustainability and business plan

The Sustainability and Business Plan presents the strategy to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Education4Health platform. It outlines the strategic, organisational, and financial framework required to maintain and further develop the platform beyond the duration of the project and its funding period.

Education4Health governance model

This document describes the governance model for the Education4Health platform which is established to ensure that Education4Health is operated within a structured framework that supports efficient collaborations, pedagogical excellence, and strategic relevance.

Implementation report

This report presents the implementation and testing activities carried out within the seven Regional Vocational Excellence Hubs. It outlines the strategic and operational processes used to develop regional collaboration ecosystems, test learning activities and train healthcare students and professionals across Europe.

The Regional Hub posters provide a visual representation of the seven Regional Vocational Excellence Hubs (RVEH) established through the EUVECA project. The posters showcase the concrete structures, partnerships, activities, and learning initiatives developed within each region.

This document describes a governance model for the Regional Vocational Excellence Hubs. The model is based on input from regional stakeholders.

Good practice stories

The good practice stories are a collection of insights and experiences gathered during the implementation phase by each regional partnership. These examples showcase successful practices from each region and are meant to inspire further collaboration, knowledge exchange, and policy innovation among European stakeholders engaged in health innovation and vocational excellence.

Baseline report

The Baseline report maps the current state of health and social-care education across partner regions, analysing training needs, and reviewing relevant European policies. It summarises how training, skills demand and systemic trends vary across Europe to inform the design of our future Regional Vocational Excellence Hubs and the broader European platform. The report presents key findings from literature reviews, a pan-European needs survey, regional analyses and stakeholder consultations. 

Communication and dissemination activities

This report presents the dissemination materials, communication activities and stakeholder engagement initiatives implemented throughout the project. It provides an overview of the communication strategy, online dissemination, events, publications and regional dissemination initiatives that contributed to strengthening the visibility, sustainability and European dimension of EUVECA.

The sustainability of the European health care sector has been challenged by 6 mega trends over the last several years. To respond to these trends and achieve maximum care quality, patient safety, efficiency, and economic sustainability, the sector has undergone major changes:
